• Ryan Ng graduated from the University of Bradford, UK, with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering in 2012. He has over five years of industrial experience working with renowned electronic companies, including Intel, AMD, Disco Hi-Tech, and Osram.

• Ryan specializes in advanced engineering solutions, focusing on state-of-the-art 7-micron laser dicing technology and solid-state lighting for the automotive industry. He was instrumental in the successful transfer of the industry’s first high-end 3nm stealth dicing technology, significantly advancing wafer processing and singulation processes from Japan.

• In addition to his technical expertise, Ryan has been actively involved in conducting comprehensive engineering studies, performing detailed evaluations, and delivering innovative solutions to address complex challenges within these industries.

• Currently, Ryan has over three years of ESD experience, specializing in providing tailored ESD solutions for various industries.
