• KH Goh holds the 1 st Class Honor Degree of Bachelor’s Degree of Computer and Communication from USM and also Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from OUM. He has been working with multinational corporations such as Intel and Sony over the past 30years, ranging from customer engineering, product engineering & evaluation, failure analysis as well as AI driven engineering services. In addition to engineering expertise, he has also held multiple leadership positions in operation and program management for engineering teams.

• He is also currently an accredited HRDC trainer.

• He has spent more than 20years in the field of customer support such as on site PC system troubleshooting, quality audits, ESD/EOS related investigations, device failure analysis in addition to several years in engineering evaluation for new product introduction in audio manufacturing.

• As part of the quality support to major MNCs, he was constantly engaged with customer audit and preparation, engineering report review and audit report preparation.

• Goh has been a critical contributor in customer audit preparedness, engineering documentation review, and audit reporting for major MNCs—ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards. His proficiency in ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control programs blends technical knowledge with strategic program management, making him a consultant who can assist clients with ESD audit readiness and system implementation.
